Our financing runs through a global consortium of funding partners, from mini to mega values. Projects reach that table already vetted, because the team that screens them is the same team that engineered them. Nothing arrives half-scoped or hopefully priced.
We match each project against the mandates our partners are actively funding, not against a directory of institutions. That screening discipline, built over a decade, is what we are now turning into our pre-feasibility platform.
We also build software the way we build structures, with design coming before engineering. Our in-house product design practice shapes the portal our clients use and the platform we're bringing to market, because a tool that an engineer and a lender can both read at a glance is worth as much as the estimate inside it.
